We started out in our neighborhood on Saturday thinking that was the night they'd be giving out candy - since there was a parade that day - it only made sense. Well come to find out it WASN'T the night for trick or treating! But we did hit up 5 or 6 houses anyway. We had invited friends over and by golly we were going to go out!
So after the bust Saturday night proved to be - good food and fellowship regardless - we decided we needed to go out again for an official trick or treat adventure. Some other good friends of ours the Kelley's invited us to go in their neighborhood and it was a blast. Large subdivision with tons of houses! I think almost every house got into it and was out on the front porch passing out candy.
Aiden's bag was a halloween bag that when opened played "Ghostbusters". Aiden never once said trick-or-treat at a door, he would just open his bag waiting for the candy and letting them hear his song.
