The Time Is Near

Family and Friends, the time is drawing near and I'm getting more excited with each passing day. I recently posted a comment that said "I'm not ready for this" and that to some degree is true - but in regards to raising a child. I don't know that I'll ever be completely ready! BUT - I'm DEFINITELY ready to have this baby and meet this magnificent gift God has blessed us with.

I can't believe that in two weeks if not sooner, I'll be holding our little boy!! Will he have dimples? Will he be bald or have a full head of hair? Will he be long and lean or small and chunky? Goodness - I can't wait.

And we also can't wait to share with everyone his name. Gosh, I hope he likes it and it fits him perfectly! Oh how fun it's been to keep the name a secret. For real - we just really decided about a month ago - but Brian and I both love the "ring" his name has and are glad we settled on this one.

Be sure to check back often as it could be any day now and pictures of this baby boy may show up unannounced! No, we wouldn't do that to you but seriously - it could sneak up on us and you if you aren't careful!
